For over 20 years, the residents of Sullivans Island have generously opened their doors to support Art on the Beach, helping us create a one-of-a-kind tour that blends architecture, design, and creativity. The event features an eclectic mix of spaces—from working artist studios to some of the island’s most remarkable private residences.
A Thoughtfully Curated Experience
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for both guests and homeowners, ticket sales are limited. Every participating home, whether cozy or grand, receives the same level of care and respect. A dedicated house captain and team of volunteer docents are assigned to each property to assist during the tour.

Proceeds from Art on the Beach directly support Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services, helping provide free civil legal aid to those who need it most in our community.
